The ESR could be high due to your inflammation.
You can take rabeprazole for one week. For fever paracetamol sos can be taken. The fever can occur in case of any inflammation.
The loss of appetite could be due to inflammation as well as depression.
Additionally I suggest following to relieve stomache.
_don't take excess spicy foods
_don't take excess tea, coffee
_Drink more water and take cooked oatmeal for stomach soothing
_smoking should be avoided if having habit of it
If you don't improve than you need to consult gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation and endoscopy or USG like investigation.
