Question: Hello, im having a stomach issue. I had unprotected sex. Rite after sex I couldn't pee, I knew it was a problem. This has happen more than 7 times so I know to go too the doctor get the four pills of azithromycin and a shot in the butt. This time it didn't work foreal. My bowel movements had changed too small slimy skinny shaped. An my right testicle had started hurting like crazy. Any other time the testicle didn't hurt but this time it does. They put me on ciprofloxain it helped but after while I would feel my testicle still hurt like im taking them for nothing. The Urologist told me stop taking antibiotics. They ran all kind of test, no stds came up. Thats was with me peeing in a cup but they never put a Qtip in the pee hole. An my tip use too sting after peeing. Now I have this dull ache in my right abdominal. It only feels better when I lay down on my back. An I can hear my stomach growl like as if I was bout to ejaculate but didn't let it go. It a go away. Thats the growl sound it makes. I've been in this pain for almost a year, I've been on a lot of antibiotics and I dont want my kidneys to mess up or I don't wanna get to immune that they don't help. Please give me a answer...... PLEASE. I've tried ciprofloxain 500mg/ dicyclomine 20mg/ I didn't take the sulfamethox-TMP 800-160mg because I was on so many antibiotics for almost 45 months. I still have them its a month prescription. I just feel im not taking the right prescription. I've had a inguinal hernia, but doctors said that might not be it. I feel it came from having unprotected sex...... but really feel it in my stomach, when my stomach growls its a relief.

First of all we have to fix the diagnosis and we hae to treat accordingly.
Kindly upload all your investigations report.
I suggest following tests before suggesting any medicine.
1. CBC 2. ESR 3. Mx test 4. Urine routine 5 and 6. Culture and sensitivity of urine and semen 7, 8 and 9. PCR test for Neisseria Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and Ureaplasma urealyticum. 10 and 11. Culture of urine and semen for Gonococci. 12. TBNAT or TB GENE EXPERT test, 13. Smear for Miicrofilaria in night blood. 14. USG abdomen report 15 and 16. Blood test for Syphilis and HIV. After seeing these reports we can discuss about the possibility and the management.

I went through your reports sent by you.
I can not find the reports of your tests for STIs. From the reports sent by you, your present problem is not at all related to the unprotected sex or any STI.
You just follow the guidance of your urologist.
If you still have doubts about STI, send the reports of STIs along with reports of ESR, Mx test, Culture and sensitivity of urine and semen, PCR test for Neisseria Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and Ureaplasma urealyticum and 11. Culture of urine and semen for Gonococci. 12. TBNAT or TB GENE EXPERT test, 13. Smear for Miicrofilaria in night blood along with blood test for Syphilis and HIV.

Doctor so let's just answer this please, so what if I had unprotected sex one day. Rite after sex I couldn't pee. Two days later my penis burns when I pee, I have a dull feeling in my right side, my rectum feels funny like a itch, my sperm is watery, my bowel movements changed to small skinny not whole solid, my throat feels like it doesn't want to swallow.

Sorry, I can see and answer only through HCM. Without seeing the results of urine deposits present and past, culture and sensitivity results of semen and urine for both Gonorrhea and non specific organisms, PCR for Chlamydia, ureaplasma, I can't answer your questions.
