Lexopro and alcohol and cocaine may enhance the adverse/toxic effect of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Specially, the risk of psychomotor impairment may be enhanced. Management: patients receiving selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should be advised to avoid alcohol. If you take alcohol during treatment with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors you need to monitor for increased psychomotor impairment(your anxiety is present and bad) in hospital. Your doctor may consider therapy modification(dose adjustment of lexapro). Cacaine it may stay in your body at least more then two days.
