Hello, Last Night While Trying To Get To Sleep, And
Question: Hello, last night while trying to get to sleep, and experiencing insomnia, I suddenly heard the sound of a helicopter like it was in my brain - from my left ear.. I checked my pulse which was slower than the sound. I tried sitting up, changing positions, to no avail, and finally got up and walked around a little while, and it went away and didn't come back. Trying to figure out what could cause that?
Also for the past two days, I notice whenever I bend over, it triggers a sudden sharp pain in my left side near my waist. I haven't had constipation and have been following a whole30 diet for about two weeks, which includes vegetables, meat, nuts, seeds and fruits. The only things not allowed are processed foods, sugars in any form, breads, grains, pasta, and beans/legumes. I don't think I've eaten anything bad in that time period. I have had a bout of diverticulitis in the past, but that pain is usually lower in the sigmoid colon area.
