In ALS, the symptoms include wasting (thinning of muscles) and weakness of muscles. This should involve at least two of the three regions (arms/legs/bulbar-speech, swallowing, etc). Symptoms should be there for a few months and should worsen over time. You do not have any of these features, therefore, you do not have ALS.
