Brief Answer:
Normal physiologic pigmentation, nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and images.
As per the black pigmentation is concerned, it is normal. Since the permanent tooth is erupting, it applies pressure over the gums hence it results in black or grey pigmentation. Once the tooth erupts the color changes to coral pink.
Regarding the eruption position, usually the permanent lower front teeth erupts behind the milk teeth and the back permanent teeth erupts beneath the milk teeth.
Its normal, nothing to worry.
I hope i have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.

Thanks Doctor for the quick answer . I was worried for the black spots on the gums . If this is common while teething , i will leave it . Will the black spots go away after a while or after few weeks or months ? what are these black spots called while teething .

Thanks Sir ,

Brief Answer:
Normal pigmentation, nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. There is no particular name for this. Usually the normal color of the gingiva is coral pink. The normal variation can vary from coral pink to greyish black. Nothing to worry about pigmentation. It will go once the tooth erupts. Near the neck of the tooth the gum color will be pink and just beneath the neck of the tooth, it will have dark color. The color varies from the amount of melanin pigmentation.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
