Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your husband‘s health and I would like to tell you that your doctor was basically talking about HOLTER monitoring which is a 24 to 48 hours ECG recording of the patients heart to detect any transient underlying Conduction or rhythm abnormality of the heart.
However taking into consideration his young age group and the cluster of symptoms which he experienced, it’s advisable that he should go for a stress echocardiogram (combination of TMT and Echocardiogram). This test will give a clue that whether or not his coronary blood flow is adequate during exertion.
Kindly discuss this with your treating doctor.
Kind Regards

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
As per the details provided, you said the doctor told heart is structurally sound which means the possibility of conduit is ruled out (conduit can mean there is a structural defect or hole through which blood is shunting).
You probably had misheard conduction and confused it with conduit.
I hope this information will answer your query. Feel free to ask back if you have any more doubts or else kindly close the discussion and rate the answer.
Kind Regards
