Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After going through the eco report details of your mother, I would like to tell you that the normal functioning capacity of the heart is is more than 55% in a healthy individual. However, in your mother's case it's 43% which is suggested that some portion of cardiac muscles has gone weak.
This usually happens as a result of inadequate blood supply to the muscles of the heart as a result of blockage inside the blood vessels of the heart.
Few details I would like to know
1. What all medications she is taking presently?
2. Any history of heart problems in the past?
3. Any history of diabetes or hypertension?
Kindly revert back with required details
Regards

In the past she never had any heart issues
She also don't have diabetes but she do take tensions of small small things

Detailed Answer:
Hello Again,
Thanks for the feedback.
Now taking into consideration her age group and the echocardiogram report, ideally, angiography is advisable so that the problem can be identified properly (status of her Coronary artery blood flow).
So it's advisable that you should personally take her to a Cardiologist as some cardiac medications like antiplatelets, statins also need to be started.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards

Hello Again
Detailed Answer:
The stress test is negative because there is no new changes in the functioning capacity of the heart during the test however the portion of the heart that has gone weak before is still the same that's why the EF is still at 43%.
I hope you understand what am trying to convey.
Kind Regards

Only optimal medical therapy is the option as of now. Kindly provide me the details of the medicine which she is taking so that I can analyse.

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Yes it's right and this is what I wanted to know. ACE OR ARB'S do have cardioprotective properties and in some patients even prove helpful in improving ejection fraction upto a certain extent.
I would like to suggest you to discuss this with your treating doctor that why he hasn't added one in the medicine regime.
Kind Regards
