Brief Answer:
Exercises and massages can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Thinning of endometrium can cause menstrual irregularities and may affect fertility as well.
Low estrogen level and intrauterine adhesions are the major cause of endometrial thinning.

Multiple ovulation induction as in the case of IVF can also cause thinning of endometrium.
You can go for an ultrasound scan with Doppler to assess the blood supply to the uterus. Poor uterine circulation can lead to endometrial thinning.

Simple physical exercises like walking and fertility massages can improve the uterine flow and thereby improve the thickness of the endometrium.

In severe cases, hormonal manipulation and with estrogen supplementation and GnRH analogs may be required.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
