Brief Answer:
Antibiotic associated diarrhea (no relation with H.pylori).

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Heavy doses of antibiotics are given to eradicate H.pylori.These antibiitics destroy the good gut Flora and irritates intestine causing diarrhea.
Would suggest you to take Over the counter Tablet imodium 4 mg three times a day( stop it as soon as loose motions stop).
Along with it take a probiotic (if not available add 1 teaspoon of honey to yoghurt and eat it after 2 hours)..However if you can manage get any probiotic from nearest store and take it for 2 weeks.
For exhaustion take lots of oral rehydration solution with water.
If not available add sugar salt to water and have a banana with it.
Take light food for 3 days.
You would be fine soon.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
In that case its viral,
Take imodium 4 mg thrice.
For cramps and pain a combination of Mefanamic acid with Dicylomine( antispasmodic ) will be ok.
Apart from that Oral rehydration solution as suggested above.
I don't think that stool test etc are possible in this lock down so would suggest you to take the above suggested medicines and you would be ok..Secondly I don't want you to visit hospitals (As they are hub of infection especially covid).
Till you get imodium drink one glass 250 ml of oral rehydration solution after every stool.
Thanks!
