Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I understand your concern
To get a more clear picture of the condition, kindly provide me few more details:
1.What exactly are the problems apart from abdominal pain (like nausea, vomiting, retching, abdominal distension )?
2. When did this issue start?
3. Can he localise the exact location of abdominal pain (below, around or above umbilicus)?
4. Did this follow any particular change in his diet or intake of any drugs ?
5. Any similar issues in the past?
6.Any fever or any associated change in his motion or urination (like diarrhoea/constipation/frequent urge to urinate/pain while passing urine)?
7. Also mention his body weight

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information, although few points are still missing(exact location of pain, any preceding drug intake and his weight)
From the given details, he is having abdominal pain with bloating and flatulence(excess gas) for last 3 days with no fever, nausea or other symptoms.
This suggests dyspepsia/flatulence and can be treated with an antacid(like Nexpro, which he is already getting) along with an anti- flatulence agent like Simethicone.
So you can continue Nexpro, and add Colimex suspension(10 mg Dicyclomine + 40mg Simethicone in 5ml), 5ml 3- 4 times daily for 5 days. For relieving pain, give him Paracetamol suspension(250mg/5ml) 5ml, 2-3 times a day, as needed, after food.
Also, avoid milk, cruciferous vegetables(cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli), carbonated drinks and sugary items. Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates and fried/oily items for few days. Drink enough water, take lot of fibre rich items. Let him eat slowly and avoid gulping. Avoid laying down immediately after food. These measure will hasten recovery
If not getting better in 5 days, we can evaluate further.
I hope this answer will help

Is the growth ok??
Or else what is the suggestion??
Pretty well
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
His weight and height are pretty good for his age. Actually height is more than expected for his age, but we have to consider parents height also. If parents are having above average height, this is expected.
Try to include enough green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts in diet. This will ensure adequate supply of vitamins and minerals for him
Hope I have answered your query
Let me know if I can assist you further
