Question: Hello my tonsils are swollen and I am feeling naseua. I've been feeling this for about a week now, I was sick with a fever about 2-3 weeks ago.

I have seen the picture. Your tonsils are congested. Are you having fever,pain during swallowing,sore throat now? If you are having these symptoms then you having acute tonsillitis or allergic pharyngitis. Then give a throat swab for culture and sensitivity. Start an antibiotic augmentin, antiallergic tablet Solvin. Start betadine gargle also. Try to drink more fluids and take food orally. For pain you can take paracetamol. You can take omeprazole tablet also.
