Brief Answer:
It could be due to musculoskeletal cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the picture.
There is no distension of lower abdomen.
As per your description, you did Yoga stretches yesterday. This might have lead to muscle pain in the lower abdomen.Rectus abdominus muscle extends from the ribs to pubic bone in front of the pelvis. So,once you raise your arms, you feel a pull due to the involvement of this muscle.
Nothing to worry. If the pain is mild, paracetamol tablet will help.If the pain is severe, tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will be useful.
In spite of above medication if there is no response, you should get an Ultrasound abdomen. It will give a clue.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wishing you speedy recovery and good health
