Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety or acid reflux.
As you are in the premenstrual period, premenstrual syndrome ( which is characterised by anxiety and psychological stress) can not be excluded.
Anyway, I don't think that your symptoms are indicative of any cardiac disorders.
So just try to relax and don't worry about it.
I recommend taking some deep breaths, use an antiacid. Camomille tea can help.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing good health,

As a cardiologist I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, based on the description of your symptoms.
In my opinion it could be acid reflux or gas.
Another possible causes could be anxiety, considering the fact that you are reducing the dose of mirtazapine.
So, there is nothing serious going on.
For this reason you can continue your normal daily activities, including workout.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

You should know that anxiety may lead to this clinical situation.
Besides, you should know that the reduction in Mirtazapine dose, may cause rebound symptoms like anxiety.
Anyway, a gradual tapper in Mirtazapine doze can help reduce these withdrawal symptoms.
But, I don't think that your symptoms are related to the heart.
So, just try not to think about it!
Hope to have been helpful!

You should know that anxiety can mimic this clinical situation, although you have not a typical panic attack.
From the other hand, acid reflux or gas can cause such symptoms.
But, I can assure you that it is not related to your heart.
So, try to relax and don't think about it!
I don't think that you need to perform any additional tests.
Hope to have been helpful!
