Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that some tachycardia and palpitations (ectopic heart beats) are quite normal during physical activity, especially when blood pressure values are low.
There heart rate fluctuations are quite normal for your age. No reason to panic!
I recommend taking plenty of water in order to avoid dehydration.
There is no need to perform any additional tests!
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
There is no reason to worry about!
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
In my opinion nothing serious seems to be going on!
So, I would recommend continue with the moderate walking and weights, as there is nothing to be afraid of.
There is no need to keep an eye on things, because these heart rate fluctuations are quite normal.
Even the chest pain it is known to be related to costochondritis, considering your past medical history and your recent performed cardiac tests.
So, please don't think too much about it!
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
