Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that these heart rate fluctuations are quite normal, within the normal ranges and are not indicative of any serious medical disorders.
An increase in physical activity, anxiety, coffee intake, a change in your electrolytes ( changes in the diet) and even a lower blood pressure can lead to such heart rate fluctuations.
As long as you have a regular heart rhythm, no shortness of breath, nothing serious is going on.
So, in my opinion, there is no reason to panic or perform any additional tests.
I recommend having some rest and taking plenty of fluids to stay well hydrated.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing all the best,

At times it goes to 99 while sitting
Brief Answer:
There is no need for immediate cardiac attention.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
These heart rate values and blood pressure values are not concerning for any serious cardiac disorders.
As I explained above, the heart rate does not depend only on physical activity. So, even if you are sitting, the heart rate could be related to anxiety, your hydration status, or even the indigestion or acid reflux or caffeine intake.
So, there is no reason to go to the ER.
The chest pain in the left side could be just costo or acid reflux, considering also the nausea.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other uncertainties, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
