Hello This Is For Dr Sharka I Am Back I

Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I am glad that your stress echo has resulted normal!
Trace mitral regurgitation and some PVC are normal findings without any clinical significance.
The sternum pain could be related to acid reflux or costochondritis.
I don't think that it is related to the heart, considering all your recent cardiac tests and the fact that your vital parameters are within the normal ranges, there is no shortness of breath or other symptoms.
So, try to relax and don't worry about it!
I would advise taking a tablet of Omeprazole and a tablet of Acetaminophen and see if they help improve your situation.
I hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

Just one more question...my upper middle chest feels almost like right when I move my neck up and down or back and forth had a few pvc this morning do u think this is cardiac related
I would exclude any cardiac issues.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Your symptoms are not suggestive of any cardiac disorders.
We have already discussed about this and you know that some PVCs are quite normal in every healthy individual during physical activity or emotional stress.
So, there is no reason to panic!
In my opinion, this is just a musculo-skeletal pain and there is no need for any additional tests.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri

One last question I seem to be having pain in the right inner lower sturnum if I walk or move a certain way or if o laugh or cough only in that area no shortness of breath no other symptoms
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
This kind of pain is typical of a musculoskeletal pain, probably costochondritis.
I would completely exclude any cardiac issues based on your description of the pain.
So try to relax and don't worry about it!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Iliri
