Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that this kind of pain is typical of cancer.
As a cardiologist , I would exclude any cardiac issues, based on your description of the pain and your past performed cardiac tests.
So, in my opinion there is no reason to worry about and there is no need for any further tests.
I would just recommend taking Acetaminophen for the pain and using a warm local packs.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
