Brief Answer:
I would exclude any cardiac issues.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Based on your description of the pain, I would exclude any cardiac issues.

I would like to know if the pain is modulated by any certain body position or shoulder movements?

This could be indicative of musculoskeletal pain ( costochondritis and tendinitis).

If the pain is not modulated by body movements, it could be indicative of fibromyalgia.

So, there is no reason to panic!

Your recent performed cardiac tests have resulted normal. So there is no reason to perform any additional cardiac tests.

I would just recommend trying to relax and trying ibuprofen for the pain.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I am quite sure that your complaints are not related to any cardiac issues, including MVP.

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

In my opinion, your complaints are related to a musculoskeletal pain ( possible costochondritis and tendinitis).

Regarding the stress test, I don't think that it is necessary, especially considering the Covid pandemic.

I am pretty sure that it will result normal.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
