Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not related to the heart.
In fact these complaints are more suggestive of fibromyalgia or a bulging inter vertebral disk in the neck, which may lead to articular nerve pain in the arms.
For this reason, it may be necessary checking vitamin D plasma levels and performing a cervical spine X ray study.
Anyway, considering the Covid pandemia, there is no emergency in performing these tests as they are related to chronic conditions, which do not need any urgent treatment.
There is no need for any cardiac tests as the situation is not related to the heart.
I would just recommend avoiding straining physical activity, eating a balanced diet full of vitamins and minerals.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I would be glad to assist you again in case of further uncertainties!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Iliri

There is no reason to worry on your performed tests as they are OK.
So, considering your description of your symptoms and your uploaded tests, I would conclude that your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Regarding the back pain and nausea, it could be just acid reflux. For this reason, I recommend taking a PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.).
There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests for the moment, as I am sure that they will result normal.
Hope to have been helpful!
I would be glad to assist you again in case of further questions whenever you need!

Brief Answer:
These ECG changes are not specific for any serious medical disorder.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I passed carefully through your ECG report and would explain that it is not suggestive of old MI.
I can see only that the r amplitude is very low and this could be related to different possible causes: the orientation of cardiac axis, a pulmonary issue, myocardial hypertrophy or just lead misplacement.
In my opinion these ECG changes are not specific due to a cardiac axe deviation or just a lead misplacement.
As you have performed stress echo which has resulted normal, you should know that this test has a high specificity and sensitivity for the detection of cardiac ischemia.
I would completely exclude any myocardial ischemia or any other cardiac issues, based on these ECG finding and echo stress test.
To conclude, there is no reason to worry about! Just a non-specific ECG variation.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
