Brief Answer:
You have not put yourself at risk.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think you put yourself at risk by taking two opti men multivitamins one whc unocardio fish oil and 325 mg aspirin.
You don't get any medications overdose if you take these three pills together and there is no risk of any side effects by taking them together.
Anyway it is better to take one opti men multivitamin per day.

Hope I have answered the question.

Thank you for the message.

Reason I asked was due to having some minor Eustachian blockage over the past few weeks that I was trying to figure out. There was no pain or sign of infection, but I remembered early July waking up one morning with my entire right arm being numb. I had slept on it wrong and didn’t think about it, until recently.

I suspect that I damaged some nerves in my shoulder, because I’m getting warm sensations in my right ankle when I go for a walk, and there is some minor discomfort if I move my shoulder a certain way. Aspirin helped the Eustachian blockage and adjusting my posture/ stretching / adjusting sleep position has helped as well.

Does this make sense as the culprit behind Eustachian blockage? I’m not in any pain anywhere, but there just feels like a small amount of inflammation in my ear.

Thank you again.

Brief Answer:
Allergy may be causing Eustachian tube blockage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The Eustachian tube blockage is possibly caused by allergies .
Taking antihistamines may be helpful to help with it.
Take Tylenol to help with congestion better than aspirin.
I don't think this is related to shoulder pain or taking supplements.

Many thanks.

I did try anti-histamines and have even taking steps to eliminate any potential mold poisoning in my apartment. However, the anti-histamines did not do much, And I’ve never had eustachian tube issues with allergy problems.

I’m just curious if it’s possible that after sleeping on a shoulder muscle and causing nerve damage, it could lead to having some minor eustachian tube and calf muscle issues as described, And if so how long would it take to rectify it. Not experiencing any pain, just mild discomfort probably scale of three out of 10.

Thank you very much,

sh

Brief Answer:
They can be caused by common cold.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think that shoulder pain is not related to ear congestion.
The shoulder pain and ear pain may be caused by common cold .
Rinse nose with saline water, use antihistamines and decongestants.
