Question: Hello, three days ago I had the worst migraine I’ve ever had. I was blind on one side along with the usual migraine effects. The next day I woke up and the left side of my body hurt and was hard to operate along with still having a migraine. The third day the migraine was gone but the pain on the left side of my body was worse. I also was nauseous and would have random bouts of dizziness and nausea. Today my body no longer hurts but I have a slight headache and feel very nauseous. I just want to make sure this is normal and I don’t have a tumor or something. I am a 22 year old female and I don’t smoke. Thank you?

The symptoms you have experienced is most likely to be migraine. Migraine headaches are usually associated with aura and some may experience such sensorineural symptoms as well.
Given your lack of other symptoms like double vision, persistent headache, early morning vomiting, etc tumor is not of great concern.
However, I recommend a detailed evaluation by a neurologist. Since your migraine is severe, long term treatment for migraines can also be discussed with a neurologist.
