Brief Answer:
Treatment plan seems to be good

Detailed Answer:
Hi... the treatment plan is good and going on well.

The X-ray also seems to be improving with right sided lymph node enlargement getting better in the February x-ray.

Weight gain is not a side effect of the drugs but usually appetite improves with treatment and the kid will be doing well. It is as simple as that.

I think you should be rest assured that you are in safe hands and please complete the treatment as per your doctor's advice.

Brief Answer:
Suggestion on anti TB drugs

Detailed Answer:
Side effects include - liver enzyme elevation or liver toxicity.

Usually the treatment is 2 HREZ + 4 HRE.

They might have changed it due to that.

Teeth discoloration is not suggestive of anti TB drugs.

If you are nervous I suggest you ask your Pediatrician to get a liver function test done.
If it's normal nothing to worry please.
