Question: Heterogeneous 4.1 cm lesion in the distal tibial metaphysis with T2 hyperintense enhancing rim and low internal signal is favored to represent bone infarct or low-grade chondroid lesion. If there are concerning features on follow up examination such as increased size or pain, MRI is recommended for further evaluation.

Looks benign lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This MRI Image described appears to be a benign ( Non Malignant) Lesion . Bone infarct is an incidental finding and Chondroid lesion is again a benign condition . But follow up is required to assess any increase in size or texture of lesion.
So I would suggest repeat MRI after 6 months.
Will be able to tell you more if I know ,why did you get MRI Done.
