Ultrasound abdomen and CT scan Abdomen will confirm Gallbladder disease, Appendicular pathology.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Domperidone to my patients with similar complaints till investigations.

Hey Doc Thanks for the advice. I went to the ER and did a full stomach ultrasound. Tbey found several small stones around 5mm ( Gallstones ). Liver enzymes were a little high and a mild enlarged spleen. The kidneys were fine and the bladder. They could only see the Head and tail of the Pancraess which seemed normal. The Gallbladder was slightly distended but otherwise normal. That was the full answer from the ultrasound. I think the liver enzymes were a little up because of the Gallbladder no? Please tell me what u think. Thanks
Brief Answer:
I need some more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would like to have some more information.
Whether Stones are confined only to Gallbladder or slipped into Common bile duct
In case of Stone in the Common Bile duct, the Liver enzymes will be hugely elevated. If Stones are confined only to Gallbladder, enzymes will be slightly elevated.
Nothing to worry.Enzyme levels will come down.
For Gallstones, you can discuss with a Surgeon and proceed with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.
Hope I answered your question.
Please come back with answer to my question.

Hi Doc Thanks for all of your professional advice and much appreciated. My last question is ( sorry for this) My Stool is a clay type colour also green as well. Not the normal brown colour. Does this have anything to do with the Gallstones?/ Gallbladder? Just asking as some came out normal and one was hard in the beginning. Need some advice here. Thanks doc
Brief Answer:
It could be due to Obstruction of Common bile duct
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Color of the stool depends on the Food that you have taken
Jaundice associated with clay coloured stool could be due to Obstruction of Common bile duct.It can be obstructed due to Stone in Common bile duct,Sludge etc.
You should get Liver function tests. If they are abnormal, get an MRCP(Magnetic Resonance Cholangio Pancreatography). These will confirm the diagnosis.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
