Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
The underlying cause for frequent urination like diabetes, urinary tract infection, infection to bladder or kidney, prostate enlargement etc needs to be ruled out.
If you are female than neglect prostate enlargement cause.
For primary work up pelvic ultrasonography and urine routine microscopic examination should be done to rule out infective etiology and prostate enlargement.
To rule out diabetes random blood sugar estimation can be done.
If all above reports comes normal than uroflowmetry like further investigation needed.
For all these detailed evaluation you need to consult Urologist.
If no any specific underlying organic cause found by urologist than stress can be causative factor.
Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
