stressful situation, alteration in blood pressure or else.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical experience, feeling of hearing a crack in head may be
related to multiple causes as stressful situation, alteration in blood
pressure or else.
* An aneurysm pop will be felt usually, not actually heard.
Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.
1. Is there associated spinning or vertigo sensation ?
2. History of high blood pressure ?
Awaiting for your response.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
follow up .
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow up.
* With further details, it narrates only non specific sensation related to
stress induced neuronal changes in transmitters of brain or simple muscle
stretch of various intensity involving forehead region.
* There is clear cut need of basic life style changes and modifications to
resolve the current issue and prevent future ones.
I would suggest following at this point
- Relieve yourself from panic of possible aneurysm.
- Involve in deep breathing exercises, meditations, YOGA on regular basis.
- Manage sound regular sleep of 6-7 hours.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol or abuse drugs ( if consuming ).
- Walking in fresh air and involvement of likelihood activities.
Hope this will clear your doubt.
Welcome for any further assistance.
