Hey Doctor, The Last Week I Have Had Trouble Masterbating

Question: Hey doctor,
The last week I have had trouble masterbating and maintaining an erection. It just feels kind of dry in a sense and I don’t feel horny. I tried to do it but I just ended up forcing it and it didn’t feel natural kind of like I have no sex drive. Recently I started going back to the gym and it’s taken a lot of energy out of me especially this week in particular where I’ve had a lot of early starts and late nights. Do you think the stress, lack of sleep or maybe not eating enough are contrubuters to why I feel like that or do you think it could be a sign of a medical condition?

I also noticed when I started going back to the gym I don’t know if it maybe was a big spike of hormones but I got a flareup of acne a week or so after I started back so could maybe my hormones be out of whack?
Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes, the most common of which are hormonal imbalances and high blood pressure. So, I would recommend that you get a blood test to check iron the level of testesterone in your blood along with a blood test to check on your thyroid hormonal profile including T3 , T4 and TSH.. Aslo I would recommend that you keep a measurement of your blood pressure daily for one week as high blood pressure can cause such symptoms. I hope you find this helpful.
