Hey doctor on Sunday I noticed this rash on the right side of my arm it’s red dotted like rash I have attached an image of it. What exactly do you think this could be I don’t really have any symptoms but it does look like it’s gotten bigger could it possibly be from the jumper I’ve been wearing it has dotten patterns on the sleeve and I usually wear It with the sleeves rolled up but I’m unsure why I don’t have it on both arms?

I have viewed the images. I am of the view that it is dermatitis to clothing fiber. I suggest you to use a soothing lotion like calamine or use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone furoate or triamcinolone acetonide cream, twice daily for a few days.
