Brief Answer:
Repeat blood serology, consider PCR testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question.

Given your history of sexual exposure and IgM serlogy result of 1.3, the possibility of Herpes infection is high. However, your serology test results are not fully conclusive.
So I would recommend getting serum IgG/IgM levels for HSV 1 and 2 to be repeated. Also, if you develop any symptoms, viral PCR test needs to be done. This would aid confirmation of diagnosis.
So please be advised to follow up with your primary provider for necessary investigations.
Meanwhile, follow safe sex practices.

Hope this answers your query
