Started about 4-5 hours ago.
No burning sensation in either of those areas.
The drinking warm liquid helped a little bit.
Also, the pain and pressure seems to get worse when I'm in the process of sitting down and getting back up. Also when I twist to the right (i.e. checking behind myself when I back out my vehicle.
As far as relieving factors, none I can think of at the moment.
I have no medical issues that I'm aware of.

As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
It indicates one of the following as per the history and feedback you have given:
Most probably muscular- the back muscle sprain can cause such symptoms like you have mentioned: feeling like dull bubble of pain in chest, more pointed to back, increasing on getting up or sitting down and on twisting.
Least possibility of cardiac issue and esophagitis needs to be ruled out.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Since you are 33 years old, get the clinical examination, EKG/ECG done to rule out cardiac issue as if this is present it can be a serious matter. (needs to be ruled out)
Apply Rubefacient liniment locally to back, it gives local warmth and relaxes muscle to reduce pain.
Do not do any activity that increases the pain.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole and antacid.
And any anti-inflammatory with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
I hope that this answers your query and helps in earliest possible proper diagnosis and management.
Take care.
