Brief Answer:
It can be scabies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for sending the pictures.
I finally can see them.
The legs have small scratched pimples , they are odd elements which are itchy near ankles.
I think there is an option which it can be scabies causing them or a parasitic infection of the skin.
You can use antiscabia cream on them for 12 hours and then wash them.
Also wash sheets, towels and blankets.
If possible visit a dermatologist in person.
Let me know if I can assist you.

Hi Dr Olgeta I have been using for a couple of days a pill by the dermatologist called Telfast 180 MG Fexofenadi e HCI it's pills for a week and Creme. It still itches mostly at night ( I don't know if this makes a difference ). I checked my and she had fleas which was taken care of. Washed everything in the house. Any other advice when this will disappear ? Thanks Regards

Brief Answer:
Possibly scabies or fleas bites.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again. Telfast is an antihistamine usually used to prevent itching.
If she had fleas there is a possibility that she may have them again and the rash is possibly caused by fleas bites.
If there are no fleas anywhere there can be scabies. Scabies usually itches more during night and don't let you sleep.
Please revisit the dermatologist to check you again and prescribe antiscabia cream.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
