Brief Answer:
It is not a sign of nasopharyngeal cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Minor nose bleeds are common and occur because of nasal irritations or colds. Other conditions like deviated nasal septum and nasal polyps can also cause small bleed.
It is not a sign of nasopharyngeal cancer because bleeding only develop in late stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
You can continue saline nasal drops and wait for spontaneous recovery. If symptoms persists you consult an ENT specialist to look for conditions like nasal polyps or other lesion in the nasal cavity.
Thanks

What about leukemia? When I looked up epistaxsis they mentioned leukemia. Is the nasal bleeding from leukemia different? Thanks.
Brief Answer:
Very unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Epistaxis and spontaneous bleeding are very late manifestation of leukaemia and by that time you might have developed other symptoms.
If you are worried you can go for a peripheral smear for confirmation.
Hope I have answered your query.
