Brief Answer:
Vitamin supplements can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports and I can understand your concerns.
As per your report, 1. The blood cholesterol level is slightly on the higher side 2. vitamin B12 and vitaminD is on the lower side. 3. The TSH( thyroid stimulating hormone) is slightly elevated, which means you might be hypothyroid for the time being.
Uric acid is not an issue unless you develops symptoms of arthritis.
As of now you have to modify the diet like low fat and high fruits and vegetables to lower the blood cholesterol. Do routine physical exercises also. You can check the lipid profile after two months. If the cholesterol is elevated even after two months, drugs like statin might be required.
You can multivitamin supplements like supradyn and neurobion to correct vitamin deficiency. Try to increase the intake of fruits and vegetables also.
You have to do a freeT3 and freeT4 to know the exact status of your thyroid. If the FT3 ans FT4 are low, thyroxine supplements may be required.
Wishing all the best

Hi doctor,
Please Spare my foolishness!
I do understand that excess from multivitamins in the long run deposits up in the body and do harm.so I will stop taking them after 2 months for few days so that excess is flushed out then restart again because its very hard for me to level up with food.Like you advised supradyn (multivitamin/mineral) for vit d or overall and neurobion(b complex) for vitamin b deficiency.my queries are as below:
1)doesn’t daily intake of supradyn 1 tablet and neurobion 1 in morning and 1 in evening will level up deficiency in a long time.like in neurobion b12 is 15mcg and in mecobal od its 1500mcg.i will not prefer shots(rejunex) or nasal.neurobion might be good for daily maintainence.please advise.
2)for vit d deficiency should I take uprise d3 60k weekly for 1 or few months then stop or shift to some other medicine for daily maintainence?
3)PFA report for thyroid.please evaluate.
4) please advice medicine for vit d and b12 deficiency as per my blood report with doseage and duration(loading and maintainence)
5)like you advised to take supradyn and nerobion/forte please tell me doseage and duration?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Given

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As the vitamins level is on the lower side, nothing wrong in supplementing them. Once daily dose of multivitamin tablet does not cause toxicity even in long run.
D3 60k weekly is the better choice and you can recheck the values after six months.
For vitamin D deficiency you can take D3 cal 60000 IU once weekly for four to six month. You can also take neurobion forte once daily basis for six months. As the level is not that much low, no loading dose is required.
Thyroid function test is within normal limits and thus no treatment is required.
