Question: Hi, Attaching my report here. I am not married yet. Going through this process as a good to know basis. Please tell me on the fertility status, offspring's health and physical condition. Let me know if there is anything I should change in my lifestyle. Thanks.

According to the WHO guidelines your semen analysis report is normal.
Have you done with an abstinence of 3 to 6 days ?
If it is so motility need to be improved a bit.Non motile sperm is slightly increased.

If any infection is genital tract ,it can be treated.
If everything is normal you may repeat after 3 months with an abstinence of 3 days.

1) Abstinence was of 3 days
2) No infection in genital tract
3) No erection related issues

Could you also please comment on the potential health or physical condition of the offspring.

No one can predict the condition of offspring even in normal semen analysis.
Your semen analysis is not bad.We can not decide with one semen analysis report.Hence you can repeat it after 3 to 6 months to check the motility.
If it improves you need not worry.
