Brief Answer:
Possibility of viral infection is more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the history you have given.
In my opinion, you are mostly having viral infection.
It's good that all your blood reports, chest x ray, ecg etc are normal.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Continue your routine medicines and paracetamol.
Wait for 1 week. You will mostly improve.
If breathlessness is not improving after 1 week then better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
Please let me know if you smoke at present or in the past.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
