Below are some of the issues with my lower back, i would like to get your feedback with treatment or surgury as a 23 year old male in pain!
My L4/5 -there is a broad based annular bulge as well as a small central disc protrusion causing minor indentation of the thecal sac.
L5/s1- broad based bulge as well as a moderate left posterolateral disc protrusion with encroachment upon the descending s1 nerve root in the lateral recess.
There is disc degeneration in the lower lumbar spine including a moderate posterolateral disc protrusion at l5/s1 on the left with encroachment upon the left lateral recess

According to the MRI findings you've mentioned, I would think you would benefit from nerve root injections as the compression isn't progressed to a level that would need surgical intervention.
