Thanks for the quick response
No , she hadn't done ultrasound . Apart from pain in lower abdomen in left and right side , she is also having natal closure (Nose ) which is impacting breathing from nose .
What is ectopic pregnancy ?

You must go for the pelvic ultrasound for foetal well-being.
Ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy in which pregnancy occur anywhere outside the uterus.
So pain maybe normal stretching pain due to pregnancy.
First, I'd suggest doing the ultrasound.
The nasal blockage could be due to the deviated nasal septum and it may cause breathing difficulty.
More pressure on the abdomen during breathing may also cause abdominal pain.
