Bleeding after polypectomy is normal . Usually it is a mild bleeding and it gradually stops in 7-10 days . You can stop tranexa after the bleeding stops . It is best if you try for conception at least after 8-10 weeks . You can have a healthy diet that is easy to digest .

had my polypectomy and its been 3 days after surgery Dr but i still bleed. I am prescribed with Trenexa and asked to coninue with Novelon, I am waiting for the biopsy results but this bleeding keeps me worried. After having 3 Trenexa tabs thrice per day the bleeding has been reduced but i am worried if i stop having tablets will it again bleed? Is it normal to bleed after polpectomy if so for how many days? and can i conceive normally after polyp removal if so when should we try? what foods can i have after thisn polypectomy?

Hi Dr.. Today is 4th day after surgery and second day of having Trenexa for 3 times a day....Dr prescribed Trenexa for 3 days so shall i stop after 3 days?

I have seen the attached discharge sheet . If the bleeding stops then you can stop trnexa. Bleeding usually doesn't return after stopping it . It helps in stopping post operative bleeding .
