Question: Hi Dear Doctor, Before 2 Yrs ago I was sitting in my office, I felt something in my left side of chest and I developed a strong urge to crush it away as a reaction. To accomplish it I dont know how a strong pressure I generated. When I just deformed it from my mind and that pressure, I felt something like electric diffusion in my brains and a vein dried up in my right arm and I felt weakness in that arm. Currently I am feeling something like a deeper wound in my left side of chest which is very uncomfortable, In my brains I felt something is blocking and creating waves.
Doctor, I m taking psychiatric medicion for 2 years but only 5 % effective, I am unable to perform daily activities properly and sleep more, My life has become hell. Kindly suggest me how to doagnose what happenned to me. Your kind help will be highly appreciated.

Your symptoms point to either a psychosomatic Disorder or a thought Disorder.

As of now, to improve your symptoms it's advisable to increase the dosage of Risperidone to optimal levels.

Adequate dosages of Medications will cause an accelerated and near complete response.

Thank You, doctor, for your kind reply and understanding of the subject.

Currently, my psychiatrist changed risperidone to Olanzapine 10mg(* * 1).

I am afraid that there are some physical deformation occurred in my brains or in the chest which causes these symptoms. So the thoughts of MRI Scans often come into my mind.
What do you suggest? What tests can I go for other than MRIs to properly diagnose my illness?

You also suggested optimization of the drugs. According to you what should be the appropriate usage for me?

One more thing I want to know that whether these drugs relieving my systems or improving my illness.

Thank you for your response.

Optimisation of dosages for olanzapine can be upto 20 MG in a day.

Physical deformities in the XXXXXXX doesn't arise all of a sudden and thus MRI SCAN OF BRAIN is not required. Physical deformities in the brain are also accompanied by physical signs and symptoms which is not the case in you.

Long-term olanzapine is required in your case to bring the symptoms under the control.

These drugs certainly improve your symptoms and Illness. Don't worry about this Sir.
