I am 37 week pregnant and have developed severe itching throughout the body from last 15 days but now the itching has gone worse there are huge red patches on my thighs stomach buttock back and hands arms all over the body I cannot stop itching for even a minute
I have got my bile acid and lft report done which is normal . But still I am having severe itching and red patches all over my body please advice what can I do
I have been taking Avil 25 mg from 2 days but it’s not working out. Please advice what can I take and what should be the course of action
Will taking Allegra 120 mg help??

I have gone through your history and pictures in detail and understand your concern.
You are having these petechial rashes (due to scratching)and itching due to cholestatic of pregnancy but it could be due to other causes also.
You can get your blood test done to rule out iron deficiency ( low hemoglobin) and thrombocytopenia (low platelets).
You can take Allegra 120mg after consulting your treating doctor for the itching and apply Lacto calamine lotion on rashes.
You should take multivitamin also.
There is a little chance of premature delivery also.
As your bile acid normal, get your LFT test done and if needed start Udiliv tablet after consulting your treating doctor for the same.
