
Hi Doc, I Feel Fatigue .. BP Is Tend To

Question: Hi Doc,
I feel fatigue .. BP is tend to be low (once i checked and it was 60/110 under similar situation) and
I cant withstand when i get hungry(severe headache, shakiness,blurred vision) don't know whats the reason.
other symptoms :
hyper salivation
intermittent pain in legs
i had a stomach upset a week before took ciplox and it s okay now
Used to take fish oil tablets everyday(300 mg) .Could that be a reason
