Brief Answer:
no significant change, not likely associated with any diseases

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned re any abnormal blood test results. The normal ranges for tests can vary slightly from one lab to the next depending on lab technique and also the population.

Your value for potassium is 3.5 and chloride is 97.

The typical normal range for potassium is 3.5 to 5 or to 5.5.
Chloride 96 to 106 ( some labs use 98 to 106)

This means that the potassium, though on the lower limit of normal, is still normal , which is good.
The chloride may be slightly below the norm or just at the lower limit as well (depending on your lab normal values), but this change is so small, it would not be considered significant. Plus chloride is usually interpreted along with the sodium levels, not on its own

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
this is fine

Detailed Answer:
HI

sorry for the delayed reply

The CO2 is slightly increased.
Acidosis is diagnosed if the pH is below 7.35 and the level of bicarbonate is also low. In many persons, the anion gap is also abnormal, yours is within normal range. This is good.

Since the change is slight and there is no change in anion gap, the small change is okay and not significant

Please feel free to ask anything else
