Brief Answer:
Hypertrophic scar

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

Seems like a hypertrophic scar. May be from an old healed acne or trauma. It is a cosmetic concern. You can consider getting it injected with depot steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide 40 mg/ml injection. It would help flatten and soften it.

Take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Hi thanks Dr Kakkar.
I have also introduced a photo off my toe nail which has gone black. This is the right toe nail can you examine this and let me know what it is and how I can get it better faster? It started off maybe yellow mark on side I cut it half? Can you check it’s nothing serious please how long till recovery - say I damaged it in September . It was a little grey couple of weeks back and when I pressed it down it went more dark

In regards to a scar it’s not Viltigo or anything like that is it? It does feel bumpy when I run my finger through it

Brief Answer:
Toe nail fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You seem to have a fungal infection of tie nail- onychomycosis. Also there is a subungual hemorrhage- may be from trauma. For fungal infection(bluish black discoloration). I would suggest oral antifungal like either Terbinafine or Itraconazole for a few weeks. These are prescription medications.
The spot on your back is not vitiligo.
Take care
