Brief Answer:
Vitiligo, basic fibroblast factor & topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be vitiligo which is an autoimmune depigmenting disease of the skin.
I would recommend her to apply basic fibroblast factor like melbild lotion on the affected areas at night along with sun exposure for 5-10 minutes in the morning.
Also apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas during the day time.
This needs to be continued for few weeks as vitiligo is a chronic disease and will take time to respond.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
