Hi Doc, Today I Was Sitting At My Desk Working

Today I was sitting at my desk working on the computer and randomly, sharp stinging pain shoots up my lower spine to my neck. Its very fast and stopped for about 10 - 30 seconds before it started again and again from 1050am until 1102am. The pain is severe and I makes me scream. When I stood up, I heard something small move in the middle of my spine. I stood up straighter and I felt whatever it was that moved, move back in place. I immediately went to medical; however, it seems that the doctor brushed it off like nothing and accused my 25 minute workout this morning on the row machine. I also began to feel sharp pain on the lower right area of my pelvis near my hip while at medical. I have had pain like this before. A couple months ago, it was not associated with any workout at all. Last time this happened, I had to rush to the restroom from severe abdominal and poop. For about 45 minutes, I had the same shooting pain from my lower back to my neck on or around my spine. It started out with large hard poop that I had to use my hand around my anus to help come out while screaming my head off from the pain. Then my stool changed to diarrhea. When I thought I was done, I could stand up, but had to return to the same thing. When I thought I was done again, I made it to the sink to wash my hands and had the shooting pain up my back and proceeded to have diarrhea. It was awful. I have had to walk around with bad posture after these events.
I am female, 22 years old. There is no chance that I could be pregnant. OB/GYN suspects that I have endometriosis. I had a LEEP procedure done January 7 to remove CIN 3 cells. This doesn't seem to relate to these matters, but I thought I would mention past medical history.
What do you think us wrong with my back?
I did some research and shooting pain moving up the back to the neck doesnt seem to be popular. I couldnt find anything. I think this mystery is meant to be solved though. I cant keep feeling this level of pain.
Very Respectfully,

Endometriosis can cause back pain too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the pain you are describing us related to endometriosis.
Pelvic endometriosis can cause lower back pain also the pain while having bowel movement.
The episode you had with constipation and diarrhea together with back pain it can be related to endometriosis positioned in pelvis or colon.
I believe you may need to do a laparoscopy to check for other places of endometriosis in pelvis and possibly to be removed.
The back pain is more related to endometriosis than to exercising and work position.
You can talk to your gynaecologist about it.
Hope I have answered the question.

Get further evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Doing HSG test is the right direction and also further evaluations should be done such hormone levels.
Taking contraceptives is the only thing you can do for pain but they can prevent you from conciving.
So the only way is to get further evaluated ad examined doing a HSG and even a laparoscopy and hormone levels.
Also your should get evaluated doing a spermogram.

You can upload the results to me.
