Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After carefully passing through the medical details provided by you of your father I would like to tell you that as per his Angiography report he has blockages at multiple levels in all the important blood vessels of heart.

Now some blockages are at critical levels like proximal rca 80%, these type of lesions are at at risk of sudden progression there by causing a major heart attack.

So yes your doctor has advised correctly that surgery is required. This type of significant disease can not be corrected by medicines.

I hope this information will guide you properly. Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
