Brief Answer:
You can travel if cleared by the pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform

I can understand your concern. The newborns particularly till 1 months of age are more susceptible to infections and are comparitively more intolerant to low oxygen or uncomfortable surroundings.
This is the reason there is always a debate about the minimum age of fly.
If baby is full term, there is no past history of health issues and doctor has cleared after clinical examination; you can fly with the baby.
Please check the airlines policy also regarding the minimum age of air travel. Most of the airlines allow babies more than 7 days old.
You will be given special instruction for baby care before takeoff like frequent feeds to avoid ear blockage. Carry all the baby stuffs like pampers, wipes, hand sanitizer etc along with you.
Covering of baby properly to avoid hypothermia is also very important.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
