Question: Hi Doctor,

Due to covid 19 situation we are not able to exercise or got to gym. Also not even getting adequate sunlight (vitamin-D)
Could you please suggest me some multi vitamins in this situation. (Pure-veg only)

Would be better if it can be on a prescription pad so that i can buy it online easily.

You can increase the intake of fruits and vegetables to your diet.Fruits and vegetables are the richest sources of vitamins and if you are having them regularly there is no need to take any additional vitamin supplements.
If you are very concerned you can take over the counter available multivitamins like supradyn. It is available as over the counter and no prescription is required.
You can also do indoor exercises or jogging to keep you fit and healthy.
