Question: Hi Doctor, I am 29 years M. past 2 days I'm feeling iching on my groin and lower part of my scrotum area. I do maintain good personal hygiene. Not sure what causing the issue. Please help to get rid of this asap. I'm working in corporate and such issue is really bothering me. sending pictures of affected areas

Hi Doctor, check now. I could finally able to attach the. Images from desktop. Kindly assist with solution.

Fungal infection, oral & topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like tinea which is a fungal infection.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antifungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole ( cap onitraz), luliconazole ( lulifin cream) cream on the affected areas .
For itching take antihistaminic like levocetrizine .
These are prescription drug and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Also keep the area dry, stay in cool airy environment, avoid sharing of soap and towel and wear loose cotton clothes.
